All I can say is, write down the headers/cliff notes, and keep it somewhere for you to look back on. Take a step back and think mindfully of it somewhere peaceful, then come back to it later. When you com back to it try implementing Pomodoro Method and working on the thing that inspired you 20-30 minutes at a time with a 5-10 minute break in between each try. Sometimes getting the ball rolling is all you need to get into a flow state. Rosemi inspires me in similar ways that I've been reforming a lot of bad habits and working on my hobbies, goals
marrying her someday and making her the happiest woman in the world being the main one and life path, and sometimes it feels very overwhelming so I take a step back and let in nature at the nearby park before getting back to it, and once I do, I realize my brain was making a bigger fuss of it than it was and I start to get into the process and enjoy what I'm doing. In my case I know it's from my ADHD so logically I know it's my brain trying to create a protective barrier through worrying, but you can't help how your brain works, so you just have to find ways to deal with it. Overthinking sucks, but you can overcome it. I believe in you!
