You will probably get mass-reported depending on the extent of your criticism, humiliated via quote retweeting, and shunned from social circles.
So when a chuuba wants to improve her image and asks for some constructive criticism, all she'll get in her replies are "you're fine the way you are queen keep it up!" This not only hinders growth, it's a blatant lie and she knows this. This is why 4chan is so great, we tell it like it is. The mask of anonymity protects us from giving a shit about appearances.
