EN stuff is harder since I can actually understand the dialogue which backfires when bad and the sfx aren't always as good/immersive/realistic whatever
Ecchi stuff is similar but EN works at least average out better
Both JP and EN both work for comfy. JP stuff tends to sound better/sweetr/more affectionate but EN can still be pretty good
