It's a certain confidence that is difficult to fake, because it's entirely reliant on core mentality. If you don't have that mentality and try to copy the mannerisms of those that do, it comes off as an older woman desperately clinging on to her youth or a younger woman desperately trying to seem appealing to a crowd she doesn't understand. You may not notice it, but your brain does.
