>>5481138The mixing is mostly good in my opinion. The song is great, and Polka did a pretty great job with it. I hate to say it, but the issues I had were largely with her performance. Her vocals were a bit too clean where the performance would benefit from some intentional roughness, and her dynamics were samey through the entire song, which deflated it at points and doesn't quite fit with the unpredictability you'd expect from "kicking and spitting on me when I'm down so I've completely lost my marbles" energy it is going for. It's particularly noticeable from 2:10 until the end when it goes from a brief lament to a sudden resolution of essentially "fuck it, I've got nothing to lose so you'll be sure to at least remember my name":

Polka's last crazy laugh at the end, though. Holy shit it's too good. Worth the price of admission alone.
