Phasekeks are too far up in their political asses they don't even realize what's causing japanese companies to go 'woke' and how it will never apply to Hololive due to its demographics.
Every instance of the supposed 'woke' changes happens to products or services that have fixed or low average customer spending, such as video games or anime shows. This is not coincidence as turning 'woke' here is just how these californialized japanese companies tries to expand their market in expense of their existing customers.
If you're Capcom or Sony and your average customer spend for your product is $60, you don't really care if you lost some of the trust of your existing customer base in an attempt to court new market that has not been buying your products (i.e. women or liberal-leaning normies) when most of the customers you had would still probably buy your product anyway with the fixed cost.
Meanwhile Cover's model with Hololive is closer to gacha games where the amount of free or low spending players are financially negligible while the real customers are the whales, or in Cover's case, gachikois.
Just like there are 0 gacha games, or any service products that financially relies on the trust of the few existing whales, that have turned 'woke', Cover will have few reasons to jeopardize the trusts of their existing gachikoi before doing anything substantial.
I wouldn't be surprised if some day they find out that Cover also does some level of ESG compliance and then ignorantly attribute it to the Cover USA initiative when they've been doing it as a TSX complance duty.
These twitter retards are at the level of economic illiteracy that they somehow believe ESG is some blackrock conspiracy, when the idea of corporate governance index to help investors valuate stock prices has been in place in countless form before. Just because western ESG auditors are corrupt and ideologically bankrupt, doesn't mean that the concept aren't implemented decently in other places. Cover alongside with every single TSX companies reports to ESG auditors because its part of its public compliance duty and it does help investors valuate these shares in a someway easily comparable manner.
