>>67390565> assuming you’re their new Director in charge of unfucking their imageNijiEN's problem is the same problem that NijiJP faces.
The foundational issue is that the entire company business models is summed up with
> ACCELERATEYou cannot have a sustainable base of talents that work well with each other when you keep spewing new livers every few months into both branches.
It's like League in a sense, they keep putting out more new champions than reworks or buffs for the old ones that have terrible pickrates and winrates.
NijiEN in particular, has several reputational problems that cannot be fixed at this point without digging up a ton of old drama.
1. None of the livers involved in the discord leak have apologized for shitting on HoloEN or having dogshit maths skills TO THIS DAY.
Nijisanji pretended that the yab didn't exist, but people saw it. People know about it. And people remember it. Fulgur will never get a Holo OR Homo collab because of that lack of apology.
Compare and contrast to Matsuri's menhera posts about Rushia going to Haachama's 3D but skipping hers. Within a day or two management advised her and she apologized, and the yab was done.
2. Shut down that fucking discord with zero management oversight! They are forcing a split among their own livers, which trickles down into the fanbase. Only Selen, Pomu and a few others who cared more about professionalism use your official servers. Everyone else is communicating through a channel which you have ZERO access to. And slandering your competitors while being careless enough to leak it.
Shut that shit down!
3. 2% merch thing. It's not something they can fix for EN alone, because NijiJP also has the same cuts. Maybe they can put up an explanation post about how voicepacks and other stuff will give more of the cut to the talents - but then shareholders will riot about telling the fanbase to buy things that give less profit to the company.
4. Stealth suspensions. People know, you can't really hide it anymore if you fucking tell them yourself on a god damn official company statement. Publicly acknowledge that they used to do that and that they will stop, it will help with talents that want to take more breaks without speculation.
5. Zaion. Apologize for your fuck ups, publicly fire the guy who handled that disastrous affair if you must.
You can see how every single point is a fucking pipe dream to expect from a corporate, ESPECIALLY a Japanese one. They will lose so much face, and even if they DO all this, the JP branch will expect something like this from their end as well, for all their buried yabs and mistreatment.
This is why most anons keep saying that the situation is unsalvageable for them.
