As in, from the impression I get from some people they treat the job as a sort of side hustle. But with as large a fanbase and constant revenue as Hololive talents get it really can (and should) be treated as a full time job.
Of course I get how it can be exhausting being in "streamer" mode for multiple hours every day. It's not really that different from TV show hosts or actors needing to be in entertainer mode, though excluding rehearsals they arguably aren't "in front" of the fans as much.
