When was the last time you ate? Please remember to eat your body needs it. Are you getting enough salt? Salt is super important. Are you taking your vitamin D? Drinking too much coffee, especially late at night, can seriously interfere with your sleep even if you fall asleep the coffee makes it so you don't get as deep of a sleep and it's not as recovering. Try taking a hot bath before bed time too!
