>>71735434Forgot to say, that TDEE calculator is an approximation, to find your real TDEE you'll need to eat a set ammount of kcal per day for a week and weigh yourself daily, if by the end of the week you gain weight you're in a surplus if you lose weight you're in a deficit. You can calculate your true TDEE after that, for example if you gain 0.5kg in that week that means you ate roughly 500kcal over your TDEE.
