use the model toolkit, prune it to fp_16, save yourself half the time and half the space on your Google Drive. if you're not Colab Pro and manually switching to a "High RAM" runtime shape, keep an eye on system RAM usage (Resources button/tab somewhere on the Colab console window) while you do it.
