I compiled a list of chuubas that could fit PL initials, its all from the vtuber wiki so it might not be complete.

LiPE (JP, no go)
Lida Pelagia (Too small, changed her name)
Lilrya Prisvielle (Already redebutted)
Louise Priere (Another JP)
Luca Polka (JP)
Lucy Pyre (Most likely if the leaker is to be believed)
There are a couple chuubas with first name P and last name L initials, but aside from PunkaLopi who is already doing a watchalong, they are all very small.
