okay so
The way Pochi writes the timeline is VERY weirdly reversed, and seems to deliberately put the seemingly bad thing first, which is already a red flag, and it also doesn't help that it's kind of ESL and clearly written with no one's supervision. But according to her:
>Idol does a contract renegotiation thing around november>Pochi thinks something about it is bad, claims it was pushed on her under some kind of coercion/threat >she starts the PL walkout threat and shit, the other girls join her for the december PL doompost saga>she says it didn't work>gives notice for an intent to graduate in january because of this, mostly stops streaming while (I think, based off her vague and poorly explained timeline) Idol doesn't put out an extended break notice that she also requests at the same time or soon after, like they did for Momo>says she was still willing to "negotiate and compromise" on the remaining donothon goals in her time left at Idol, specifically mentioning the couple that are more Idol's responsibility>whatever is going on between them stalls out to february, where Idol decides not to pay out her second donothon because she intends to graduate/isn't working on the goals>she says she could have been working on the goals the entire time she hasn't been working>has her public menhera episode with Light Yagami>more radio silence>becomes active on PL>vagueposts telling people to get refunds>Idol declines the refund requests and tries to maintain the appearance that things are fine>this information makes its way back to Pochi>posts the poorly written google doc that ends with the equivalent of https://www.youtube.com/shorts/R-Ws9ESBA0UMy thoughts: I'm willing to bet the contract renegotiation thing was something that came as a result of the Riro incident, and while whatever it was was bad and "harmful to their freedom" as she frames it, at least enough that it got all the girls to do the PL protest with her (tho I don't believe it was ENTIRELY the cause as there was also the separate Katta/Nikki situation going on), it doesn't really make sense to me because she says Aviel didn't budge. If he didn't budge and it was actually bad, why did the PL shit all stop at the same time and girls start acting happy again? Did he call their bluff and they all signed on anyway? If so, how can it be particularly bad when Aviel said they intend on publishing the contract? It doesn't add up. The part about coercion and threats is also vague as fuck and NOT something you say without actual examples.
As for what she says happened after, the main hang up according to her was the big goals that are Idol's respoinsibility for fulfilling, mostly. Knowing how slow Idol management is, it's probably shit they haven't even started to make happen, and if they did try to basically hold her/her payment hostage in part with those goals then that's pretty shitty. At the same time though it doesn't really matter, because doing the second donothon and immediately trying to bail is shittier, and she was already not working on anything. If you aren't working, then you don't get paid 40k USD, simple as. They can change the goals to easier stuff (and should have a while ago, same with Yuko before even january yab weekend hit), but with that many big goals being changed it would have been a massive "I'm graduating soon" bell that likely causes yet another spergout in discord anyway. Plus some other kind of business autism I don't understand about contractual fulfillment probably, PLUS them being unable to trust her to do even easy goals at that point, so I can see why they would refuse to change them.
This all combined with Coni/Roca being cool with Idol and Fuyo basically being all "menhera women, man, not even once" recently, on top of the obvious part of how generous Idol was to her before this point, leads me to believe Pochi is being significantly more menhera than Idol is being a black company. That said Idol is still incompetent SHIP MY FUCKING KEYCHAINS AVIEL
