The chinese ones are just all sichuan pepper, like a shit ton of sichuan pepper, and the noodles are all sweet potato and tapioca and have the texture of a snail. Those are painful cause the sichuan numbs your entire mouth and the noodles have the worst texture imaginable. The korean ones are just insanely spicy. The spicy chicken cheese ramen had barely any cheese and just a fuck ton of spicy. I couldn't taste any chicken, just spice. And it wasn't like good gochugaru or gochujang spice, it was just really fucking hot without much flavor. I like good spicy korean food with good spicy flavor but sun dried gochugaru has a very different taste to whatever that stuff was.
