People often say that Selen's issues with management start at specific time some time into her career. You know, manager changes etc.
But that's not true. You know why? Because even before Lazulight debuted there were certain decisions made that show how bad this management team was from the start on all levels.
First of all some retard made a decision that both waves were supposed to be themed in contrast to each other: good and bad. You know, before even establishing any chemistry between characters/streamers, they already decided themes for their respective waves. On top of that they paired Selen with Elira. and holy fuck, they are so different from each other they almost never streamed together. So that's another failure.
Then there is something that i might risk controversy with but hiring Finana is just weird. I could go on why, but since its about Selen, I will stop at saying that she is simply... not very good at any niche. And she is just so stupid, she is a liability.
So yeah, planning and talent management for the Lazusydia was shit from even before they debuted.
Of course later on more and more issues started arising, but this shit started going down at the PLANNING phase.
