>>72631053What's really kinda funny is that of all people it could happen to, by far Selen was the one who'd make the most out of leaving the company. She was the organizer, the commissioner, the one with all the contacts in the gaming scene, artist scene, marketing scene, and content creation scene that she'd ever need to work alone. A lot of the perms for games were gotten by Selen herself reaching out to the devs directly, and I think EA at least flat out told her that if she ever wanted a game perm, just let them know and they'll ok it asap. She was constantly organizing large events and trying to set up both in-house tournaments and community events for the dragoons.
I swear, of all the people to fire, she was by far the stupidest decision they could have ever made outside of firing Pomu. Hell, I think firing Pomu would've been less devastating than Selen since Doki's contacts and work ethic have shown that they were absolutely holding her back.
Seriously, how the fuck did they let this girl go and how did they ever let it get this bad?
