Eating home cooked food is kind of a pain in the ass at first if you don't enjoy cooking, but it's so rewarding and really helps the weight loss. If you consider each meal as a protein plus a carb and add whatever veggies you want, it becomes a blank canvas to work on. I like to cook ground beef with veggies and moroccan spices, and serve it over couscous for example. Super high in protein and leaves you full for hours. So focus on a diet that you can actually stick to rather than chicken/broccoli/rice, and get a lot of sleep.
