She has no clue what the fuck is wrong with her 3DIO, and is assuming that it's the interface, but she also doesn't want to buy an interface on the offchance that it ISN'T the interface either. She doesn't want to lug around the KU100 because it's expensive and her only other option would be to buy a brand spanking new 3DIO XLR. Even if she HAD ordered it when she mentioned this, even though she doesn't want to do that either, it probably wouldn't have even arrived by now anyway.
