A good example is that tweet of some girl who had a French boyfriend who was holding a saucepan and he couldn't remember the word for lid and say, "Where is his hat?"
Like, it's a perfectly fine sentence and it's obvious what he's asking but it's fucking hilarious. Like, just forcing out whatever English word comes to your head rather than trying to formulate a grammatically correct sentence is much funnier and more endearing than watching someone fumble for a minute in silence while they type into DeepL.
You can also specifically have English learning streams where you zatsu with chat and can deliberately take your time.
