You can probably force it by adding only 'upper body' in the prompt.
From my knowledge from SD1.5 another helpful part of the prompt for multiple views is to just bombard it with positional and situational tags and let it do it's thing, like "frontal view, from side, from behind, from above, turning around, etc'
