Although I wasn't there when it was streamed so I'm speculating, the reception to her playing RFA + her ASMR stream probably made her want to avoid feeding into the lewding of her character.
To be fair, it's not her fault she's so sexy. But still, it's good she doesn't encourage that sort of stuff. It's present for every chuuba in existence but Gura's popularity + being a loli means she has an absurd amount of creeps after her. No need to encourage them.
It's not going to stop me from having GURA LUST but I think we keep it contained here, a relatively private community, and we aren't the creeps who spam cringe in her chat.
