>>63135799If you're getting a beef burger, the ground meat is paper thin, overcooked by about 20 to 30 minutes and then refrigerated and reheated to be served "ready" when the customer orders it. As you can tell from the description, it's shit.
I've already said my piece about the lettuce.
Cheese is those soulless plastic ones, I believe you burgers call it American Singles cheese or whatever? That shit belongs in the bin.
The only good thing is the buns they use, brioche bread toasted on a pan properly. Good.
Chicken burgers are highly debateable. I've tasted chicken burgers from different countries mcdicks and they all suck except the Asian ones. I don't know why, maybe it's the type of breading they use that's superior to western chicken breading.
Tomatoes on a burger are almost universally bad. It's never fresh by the time you get it. You have to eat that burger within 5 minutes of slicing into that tomato or it tastes like mummy's stale salad that she left in the fridge and didn't throw out because daddy's been fiddling her for too long.
Finally, Shiori's burger. If you showed me the twitter pic first, before the stream, I would give it a try if not for the fact that the cheese looks like those american singles cheese I just mentioned, I'd probably remove it if it hasn't begun to melt into the burger.
Watching the stream first I know that the meat's undercooked so it's at least salvageable. Just throw out the cheese and put the tomato last. The onions which I haven't mentioned before are a good touch, mushrooms debateable but I'm not against them. Jalapenos are a plus, she cooked it with the meat so the fat from the meat probably settled into it a little for some extra taste, good.
