MH monsters are flailing around like assholes and doing a bunch of crazy shit during the hunts, so I get why this would throw her off her game. Consider all the 1v1 boss fights in DMC that just tested her patience and pattern recognition with very specific counters.
Now compare that to Tigrex who's flailing around constantly with weird hitboxes and very obscure tells and in an environment that isn't just a flat circle arena and I can see why it would piss someone off. Combine that with MH's strict movement and significantly higher commitment to attack animations and it kinda makes sense why she's a blubbering cute mess during some of these hunts. There's also no visible health bar, so this is likely affecting her mindset as well.
