Maybe other vtubers, but when you're in such a good spot by simply being in one of the most well known vtuber companies in the world, I don't think there really is a "moving up" unless you manage to leave entirely and succeed as an indie. In that case, it's more like "moving on."
But in the case of a normal job? Yeah, no, fuck that. Nowadays people leave their jobs after a year or two, and typically for good reason. Normal people shouldn't be compared with to streamers and incredibly successful vtubers. I know this is from the last thread, but I don't care, this topic is interesting.
