honestly, i am really worried about the statements being made by nijisanji on this whole order. they seem to be taking arguably the worst approach to this. their public statements on this matter should have ended on the termination notice. it seems only to be galvanizing the broader community against them.
this is a company, not a group of friends. everyone is under contract, and the issue is workplace harassment. when elira said the location of her, enna, and millie was listed in legal correspondence, she basically revealed the parties named in the harassment case. disclosing this just makes her look worse.
in a responsible workplace, management would investigate a harassment claim independently. giving the harasser in question all the facts, and then having them issue the statement that it's being investigated, is the opposite of impartiality.
between this and the nonsense investor report, these statements don't serve any benefit to the company. a decent lawyer could even argue some of these public statements only serve as further harassment.
