Will the soil get thicker and thicker? With bottom layers being compressed into sedimentary rock? Maybe the pupil is a bit of a plateau/low grade mountain because of all the material that accumulates? Maybe there's an equilibrium where the sand has more difficulty being blown "up" the pupil.
Ohh, I should pull out Universe Sandbox and play with it some, I forgot I had that. I've only been messing around with SpaceEngine.
>>43441889Nice doc, I particularly enjoyed the history of Oreo and the other Blizzard Breakers. Chuubanite martial arts is also cool, makes me think of shaolin monks or something.
>>43443904Dunes of very powdery snow, maybe? I feel like larger dunes would compress powdery snow into ice, but maybe if it's extremely dry, cold and fluffy it could form dunes like that. Cool visual.
