Given how introverted aqua is/was, the idea that she wasn't a melted mess of a girl walking onto her nephew in the shower is a little farcical, if that trait is one you want to exemplify. Her horniness could be at odds with her introversion, letting her only do the bare minimum of interaction at the start, while hiding around corners or watching anon from a distance while he just mulls around the house and gets familiar with it. Also from my own personal experience, the best way to get closer to an introvert is to lure them into sharing their passionate hobbies with you. Aqua wanting to share knowledge and whatever anime she likes with her nephew would still track with the view you have of her character. She could even spout some cringe line that helps give her confidence or cope with a social situation and you could have Anon recognize it, and thus break down Aqua's outer walls before you get to plunge into her inner ones.
