With 11 there's a good chance Cover will.
After EN2 I think it's wasted effort trying to put more EN vtubers, the market is already saturated. Unless said new entries would cover every single hour with Hololive streams so that you had access to Hololive livestreams any time of the day.
In fact, I'm going to be disappointed if EN2 are all in timeslots already taken by ENs. Irys didn't do this tho (she streams after Gura and before Ame) so I have faith.
