It's rough, but as a former neet turned wagie, showing up and putting in effort puts you above most of the rest even if you're garbage at it to start with and clearly an autistic retard. This was years ago and the current hiring pool is so fucking bad that I would hire a neet on the spot in hopes of it working out, so the odds are further in your favor. That said, you need to want it. It's nice to get out and move your body, and it was nicer to touch grass, I'll admit. Wasn't so nice losing almost all of it by sheer coincidence and circumstance before my own fuckups could even be a factor and now I'm miserable and alone again, but at least I still have a paycheck.
