My grand plan you ask? What I am writing however, is to
1. Get the Councils more involved in this. Basically, leading up to the foundation of /cope/, somewhere a month or two before the graduation arc.
2. Justify some /hlgg/ support to help the Sanalites. /rushia/'s meltdown happened before /vtwbg/ was fully established and many nations were isolationists. Now, they would lend a help. What kind of HRE Emperor would let even one of his Free City fell to the saracens or Mongols?
