I find Polka a lot more comfortable because she loves her fans collectively (rather than giving large amounts of attention to top donators/contributors, etc) and says she doesn't mind her omaru-za watching other girls as well.
But these are edge cases though, and you wouldn't pick up on these philosophical differences just by hopping into a member's stream casually.
