Jokes aside, /meat/ might actually be pretty into pleasures of the flesh (in more than one way... heh) even if /meat/ isn't really themed like that considering the kind of stuff our vtubers have done. In case it matters for your planning, /meat/'s probably fairly open to such trades if the riunsers offer them. Obviously, /d/ stuff is more popular in /meat/, but I imagine vanilla stuffs nonetheless have their market (especially considering the novelty of riunsers). Be noted that /meat/ is equally big on receiving pain as is dealing them, too...
As for payment, our nuts might not be true nuts, but as far as precious stuff go we have things like jade, agate (although /risu/ has agate too) and garnet if they count as gemstones for riunsers. /meat/ also has things like uranium glass, opal (probably), and pearl, which technically aren't gemstones but are still pretty to look at.
