With the cultural differences between both women and men in the West versus Japan, it would be very difficult. Everyone in the thread has focused on how much girls are different in the West, and while that is definitely true, I think there can also be a decent argument that guys in the West would make this difficult too. The concepts of waifuism and GFE are pretty foreign in the West outside of the meme definition that ironic weebs use. Yes, Twitchthots getting male attention is normal here, hence why that is why many Western chuubas do this. Plus, men watching chuubas would be less likely to be devoted to one single chuuba unlike in Japan. While anons may be able to do this easily on here, we are not the majority. The majority of men in the West would bandwagon on what is popular and prefer sluttiness, sex jokes, and/or memes.
Both genders would need a complete cultural overhaul for this to work right now.
