Ina's is just a death-sensei necklace that feels to me like she put on as an afterthought after she looked at it and realized that it could be literally anyone, instead of making it an integrated part of the design from the start. Ina is a stellar artist, and as a result, she's able to accurately recreate Mori's model, but because Mori's base design is fairly generic, she needs to do a better job of actually integrating things from Mori's clothing and style.
