Apparently in the Discord server, Kuu, one Phase manager wrote "Memory Pico". Either he doesn't know the name of Memory, or confused Memory and Pico, or something.
Her name is Kokoromo Memory. At the beginning people thought her family name was Kokoro because that's a more common Japanese word.
