Never cheap out on a bed. You spend a lot of time in that thing, don't get something that isn't comfortable for your back, or used and has some diseased shit.
Get yourself a good chair, you're going to be sitting in it for hours each day.
Buy good shoes, you use those more than anything else and you need them to be comfortable AND to last.
Buy good tires. Shitty or used tires will bald easier or worse, loose traction in the rain and you'll spin out. Or they'll just pop because the rubbers so god damn thin an errant nail will puncture them hard.
