It's not just there being more holos now than 3 years ago, but also the average holo being around for longer.
Of course you'd see more people leave now. Every single year now will see some holos go, I think that's just the reality of it. And it doesn't mean Cover is evil or a black company at all, just that there's so many holos and so many of them will have been around for so long.
