And Kiara herself starts late even when planning or doling out things. I wouldn't think of it like some conspiracy against her and more like everyone is just kinda bad at being punctual or making contingency plans. Which can take years to sort out and should be the type of thing that management themselves take care of, but they too are "growing" with the company.
