kinda related, but i just realized that during the time they released that weird statement that NijiEN didn't break NDA for divulging the selen documents, they put themselves on a legal precedent that leaking internal Anycolor documents is NOT an NDA breach, therefore an unterminable offense. they put themselves in a position where Mel and Rushia offenses can't end on a termination and if they do, they're opening themselves to criminal liabilities on grounds of unfair terminations.
not that i believe Anycolor will honor that, but it's kinda interesting on how it would play eventually.
