Are the remaining talents and Nijisanji themselves being told everything?

Why does it feel like Nijisanji, the corporation, is just as confused as the fans about all of this?
>for Nijisanji/AnyColor
What would have been a simple termination for them spiralled into such a public relations nightmare with international sponsorships backing out, stocks dropping and investors questioning. Even having the CEO himself having to make a public apology for a statement that was made in a publicly published investors report which should have rode the waves off of the information that they were given which painted Selen as a bad hire for multiple misconducts, but instead it just lead them to more public backlash. It must have seemed confusing to them, Nijisanji, about why there's such an outcry for a talent that, in their eyes based off of the information they were given to even make that termination notice, to get this much backing.
>for the remaining talents in NijiEN
When looking back at what Vox said about the recording, he said that he hadn't heard about the contents of the recording but was told that it contained information that would "doxx him", but as Doki has stated on her Twitter that it was nothing more than a test recording that didn't have any notable information.
All of this leads me to believe that somebody within all of this mess is only handing out half truths to both the talents and the corporation itself, all in order to have them turn on Selen/Doki from every angle possible. Somebody who has read the document her lawyer sent over just 2 hours before she got terminated and had something to lose. But who?
