The Halo general is the best example, /hg/ is literally some 10-20 schizos keeping it up to shitpost off-topic and bait people into doxxing themselves. While actively ensuring discussion cannot exist there about the game nor the Multiplayer besides in-group discussion, outsiders get the monkey.
Modded Minecraft General (mmg) is just tech mod autists that will ignore you for asking real creative questions about Minecraft.
There's a gorillion generals full of c*nny and softcore porn all-over there unlike the containment thread that is the horny general /here/ and mods can't do shit about them because there's just too many regulars, tourists and trolls for any gacha game so banning them individually actually doesn't do shit (unlike several generals in /vt/ which actually DIE for a week or month if a single very active user gets banned) because they end up like a Hydra head situation.
The Helldivers general /hdg/ is just a hidden-in-plain-sight reddit FOB that is trying to stealth kill the Halo general to claim the /hg/ title but doesn't know which level of autism it is dealing with.
All of the threads that definitely belong in the other /vg/-like boards but don't get hard moved there because of sheer insistance meaning mods there actually gave up on keeping it clean unlike /here/ when someone gets too cocky. Even going as far as several people getting rangebanned several times in a row.
I won't go into detail about the schizofest of the mmo generals, the serial doxxers is enough context and makes some SEAs here look sane.
