Kiara has the most beautiful face in hololive and probably the whole vtuber scene for that matter. But if you want to take advantage of that, her outfit and her face needs to be in contradicting colors.
Imagine if Kiara wore a more darkish dress. It would make you focus on her face/body and make it look even better. Thanks to the color scheme of her original outfit, she becomes too orange unironically. It takes away from her beautiful model.
That's also why everyone loves the Sparks outfit. It complements Kiara the most. The contradicting nature of bright orange/purple/bluish green and white/black makes you appreciate huke's work.
Another problem which isn't really related with her outfit is her legs. Kiara and Ame look atrocious below waist. Their legs look very uncanny and Kiara's super short skirt doesn't help.
Another thing to consider is the vast difference of quality between Kiara's outfit and her genmates' outfits. holoEN 1 is probably the best looking generation overall.
