my little stupid routine is squats, curls, squat, curls, squats, then if I get time before work I do an extra 20 or so curls.
I would do cardio but I'm lazy enough that I want to work out in my apartment as I'm getting ready, then leave for work. I do some longboarding on my off days (my mountain bike needs a lot of work to fix it up) and about once a month I go inawoods with my dad, get some hiking and work in there
