Getting a representative would incite other members to do the same, making Elira’s role as a translator between the EN branch and Anycolor pointless. And so, Elira possibly proceeded to convince management proper (she’s ‘‘shadow management’’, a liaison, after all) to suspend Selen and have her given the warning that one more infraction would mean that she’s out of the company.See attached image
>In the months that followed, Elira appears to have done an internal smear campaign against Selen, trying to convince most of the members of the branch to get rid of her. She mentions having read the legal documents about Selen/Doki’s case, which were meant only to be seen by Dokibird, her lawyers, and Anycolor’s management. The only way she could have gotten ahold of them it’s if she was involved with management herself.
