A character with higher levels or one with fewer?
The fans, THE FANS, the hardcore fans will follow a chuba after her departure when she is outside of the guild and stick with her outside the corporation, when she is in a corpo the fans of other members will follow her some times, in this sense the guild shares their collective power between their members, so when a chuba has enough followers on her own and can fend for herself it makes sense that once there is trouble the fans would favor the chuba rather than the guild, other way around, if your organs rely on the entire collective power of the guild to stay afloat it makes sense to favor the guild over the individual members and their individual levels, cause the demise of the guild means the demise of a shit ton of organs, in the opposite case a talent leaving the guild means a big chunk of levels lost so it's never a good thing when they leave.
