Just get headphones and try to grab a full roster of weapons, as her Special gets incrementally more damage the more weapons you have equipped. Good candidates for weapons are stuff like Idol Live, Asacoco (and any collabs/variations of those). Knockback and any form of control is also strong, as Shion has very little inbuilt options for those.
