The whole "those who stay with me are my friends", sounds self entitled, which could easily be something that I shouldn't say because I'm not a doctor. Other than that she probably has some lose screws in other topics but, she could easily work on them if she finds it worth going to therapy for them. But if she's getting people to accept it as it is, then she's gonna suffer a lot later on her life when people that she still cares in some way, go away as life progresses and eventually ends.
