All she can do it poke with Heavy Punches (her only good special cancel poke) into a special move for getting her wind buff up, then she condor spires in and has enough frame advantage on block to light kick. after training them to block the light kick, she can go for the command grab instead. that's it, literally the whole character. she's decent and can totally skip through fireball zoning, just kinda boring and simple.
and T.Hawk was never very popular to begin with.
gamepads aren't really a disadvantage, quite the opposite in many situations. but it is a part of the greying population yeah, since the whole game/control design originally comes from arcades. however modern games aren't really designed around them anymore, as its ridiculous to expect people to buy a 200$ device just for fightan. SF6's Modern controls are made for pad, other newer games like DBZ and GBV are made for pad. you also have leverless controls becoming the norm more than stick, which can be DIY'd for cheap.
