If you want to turn your short exchange into something larger, that can be your starting point like I mentioned in the other post. You already have at least a few characters in your head I'm assuming, so from there you have the scene you ultimately want to write. Now, how should they get to that point? Is it actually a scene that works well as a story's beginning? Ending? Or something in between? Next you can think about what the result of that dialogue could be, and that type of thought can help shape what kind of story you might want to tell. You can also just ask for ideas and pointers like "I got an idea where Fubuki is shouting at Kurokami about how more fucking fanfics on her keep getting added to an archive. Kurokami doesn't a give a fuck. Who should Fubuki bitch to next?" And things can kinda snowball into a brainstorming session from there.
