She's just goofing in minecraft and occasionally doing her deep voice followed by a dorky laughing fit. Not quite liker her zatsus, not enough tangents since she's playing and isn't that good with doing both game and zatsu yet. Her voice is still lovely to me, even if it might not be to everyone's taste.
